Here we go again.

Why do these games continued to be scheduled? Since when did UPS start a bball program?

Now that is pretty good.

I believe these two are in the same district.

Got on the KHSAA scoreboard to get info about Brown. They have been outsciored 483-137 by 5 of the public school teams from Louisville. They must play a district schedule early in the year to get it out of the way, and then play teams with which they can be more competitive.

I clicked on the team roster and discovered the problem. Tough to be successful when your roster lists only 4 players.

Speechless.

I wonder if they get the water boy to suit up for games. Tell me their uniforms are not Brown, please. LOL

The Brown School is an interesting case in Louisville. They are, I believe, the only public school in town that has students from grades K-12 in one school and I'm pretty sure there are less than 700 total in those 13 grades. I know very little about public education in Louisville to begin with, having gone to Catholic schools my entire life, but I definitely know next to nothing about Brown.

I wonder if all the tiny religious schools around would make an exception and let them join the Christian league, because they clearly need out.

Just because they are in the same district does not mean they have to play each other, regardless if they seed. If Brown opts out of the regular season district they would just be the last seed come tourney time.

Sounds like Silver Grove in NKY but SG probably has like 300 kids K-12 and they compete in a District with Campbell Co (6A), Scott and Brossart.

Understood. In fact, KSD does just that in the 45th district that my team plays in. But obviously Brown chooses to play their district games and this is one of them.

Tell the KHSAA to put Brown in their own class and give them a state champioship trophy, but of course make them pay for it.

Sounds like more like Heritage Acadamy or Covington Latin in NKY. But these schools are classified in the districts with big schools like Boone Co, Conner, Ryle, Cooper and Holmes, CovCath, Holy Cross.....but they just forfeit the regular season district play. Sounds like something the administration at BROWN might want to consider.

Heritage doesn't play district foes in the regular season but does play in the Tournament play.....most usually 1 and out.
