How many points did Chambers have?

This game was pretty tight throughout. It was helter skelter out there. Impressed at times by a couple young players at Grant Co.

 

Overal it was just an ugly game by both squads.

Chambers had 12 points in about 10 minutes of play.

Why was Chambers time on the court so limited? Easing him back into things?

^I believe that would be the only reason. He tallied a few minutes in the first half and was on the bench for most of the 2nd half until Gray went down with an injury. Hopefully he doesn't miss too much time but he was in serious pain.

 

The game was very tight for three quarters. 14-13 after one, 24-22 at the half and 40-34 after three. Another rough game to watch, it was very physical and both teams shot poorly from the line.

Once again 8th region refs were horrible (on both sides). Grant shot terrible and couldn't make free throws down the stretch. It was much much closer then the final score would indicate. I thought SK would have been a better team then that.

They are a work in progress. It didn't appear that Chambers was going to get much time until the injury to Gray. Doss was out and from what I've heard it could be a few more games. SK has a ton of young talent but they still have a ways to go. It's a marathon and not a sprint, and from an SK fan I must say that GC is a very hard nosed team. #25 will fight and scrap for every loose ball.
