Bad timing for the University of Flordia and good for UK, UL, and Oregon. Boyle's Lamar Dawson is making his official vist this weekend to Gainesville.

 

Oregon is pushing hard, they had some coaches in town on Monday all day. USC was in town yesterday.

I could see Strong as the #1 candidate to go to Mississippi State if Mullen were to leave.

 

Gus Malzahn would probably be State's first choice.

I wonder who will end up coaching the Gators next year. Dan Mullen and Charlie Strong were both assistants under Meyer who did pretty good jobs in their first seasons as head coaches. Will Florida try to get one of those guys, or will they go after a bigger name? Bob Stoops?

I don't see why Kelly would leave Oregon for anything other than like a Texas or Ohio State. Oregon can and will pay top dollar for him, especially after this season.

I agree, especially with the bolded. Nick Saban can beat him on a regular enough basis and he knows it.

Besides, he screwed up on Cam Newton and was now watching Newton at another SEC school and jmo playing better than Tim Tebow. Both could run, Newton was faster and imo no doubt can pass the football much better than Tebow. Meyer imo cannot stand being considered anything other than the best. JMO
