I would take Rt 80 (Daniel Boone Pkwy) east to Hazard and then turn north on Rt 15 all the way to Jackson. I really don't see another way.

I'm not going, just didn't know the way! I suspect the Jumpers will win even if they saddle up horses and walk in a straight line. Just too much speed, quickness, and defense.
