Your thoughts on this one. Rowan and MS have had three common opponents this season: Estill County, Lincoln County and Montgomery County. MS lost in all three contests and RC won all three.

 

IMO Rowan Rolls in this one 49-14.

It's a daggone shame too that they aren't better than they are. They have some good athletes in that school and on the field as well. There needs to be an attitude shift all the way around by the players, coaches, and the staff. They have quite a bit of parental support, but, there could be some attitude changing there as well. They seem to expect to lose and blame the others....I just wish them the best and hope they can get over the hump next season. Good luck against Rowan this week to Southern.

Rowan wins in a romp. MS should be alot better than their record indicates. Not sure what the issues are there but I hope they get them fixed and move in a postive direction.

It really is a shame i can remember around `05 they were pretty good but it seems like since they went to 4A you can about count the wins on one hand. Good luck to both teams.

I know Rowan will win this game, and more than likely pretty easily. I just want our boys to go out and compete and finally play a game to their potential. The line is the biggest weakness for Southern but they do have some pretty good players at the skill position. Their QB, Chris Roberts is a Junior who has started all three years and has a strong arm. Whoever the coach is next year, I hope they use a scheme that won't get this kid killed next year. In the right offense this kid could be lethal.

They need someone to work the Halls at school. Probally more talent walking halls than is playing.
