Parking for Bengal games

Featured Replies

I am going up for the MNF game on the 8th and not sure where to park. We are looking to park somewhere cheap and then meet up with friends who are tailgating. I just didn't want to park in the same lot and pay the $30-40 .

Any suggestions?

Covington, and walk across the Suspension Bridge.

^ Pretty much your only option unless you want to pony up the money? Where do they tailgate?

I park in the garage by the Marriott in Covington and walk the bridge. Previously I had parked for free in the lot by the IRS but the last game they had the lot blocked.

I agree. The garage under the Marriott in Covington or the garage under the RiverCenter/Embassy Suites next door to the Marriott are both good options. If you are coming north on 75 and want to avoid the 5th street exit (Covington) traffic, get off at 12th street (Covington). Take 12th Street to Madison, turn left on Madison and drive until you are at the river bank. Right turn puts you in the Embassy Suites garage, left turn puts you in the Marriott garage.

Just park in Florence & walk. :D

I hear there is better access and parking in Crittenden.:sssh:

C'mon guys, that might as well be Pikeville as far as most Northern Ky folks are concerned.

Either Covington as mentioned or Newport on the Levee...I think parking there is like five bucks maybe seven on game days but I think it is five.

I have season tix, park across the street in Covington for 5 bucks, take the bus to PBS which is right by where I park for 1.50 then walk the bridge back.

Wait a minute....I just noticed your avatar....scratch my earlier recommendation. I would go with parking at Stengers Cafe in Over-the-Rhine. It's a short 17 block walk down Vine street away from Paul Brown Stadium. Be sure and wave your Terrible Towel the whole way there. :D

They tailgate in a big parking lot beside an old wearhouse looking building.

Trust me, I have the best (& cheapest) place to park. At 7th and Elm there's a parking garage, cost is $10. It was $5 for several years, but they jumped it last season. I-75 to 5th street exit, go a couple blocks and turn left on Elm go two blocks, and garage is on your left. Don't bite at the lot on 6th & Elm, one more block cuts the price in half!

Isn't parking on the street free on the weekends?

I think so but you won't find a spot on the street.
