What are your thoughts on this game?

LCA by a lot. Won't be many fans in the stands for this one. I bet the halftime show will be top notch, though. At least it better be with all their field time.

LCA in a blowout. Let's hope Paris has enough kids to even play.

Seriously, do they have enough to play? I believe they had 12 last week and 1 got hurt?

Oh, I was serious. It's a good question. I have no idea if they do or will though.

Man what a tough streach for Paris. The past two weeks played BGP #9 Fairview, #6 Raceland and now #7 LCA. Now thats tough times when you start out with 15 troopers and are now down to 11 or 12. But these players will give 110%. These kids still have pride! They will not give up no matter what the score is!

Not to mention that they have also faced West Jessamine, Hazard, Harrison County and Frankfort!

You do have to applaud them for playing a solid schedule. Their current district is probably the best in 1A. Mix in Hazard and Frankfort, two of the 5-7 best teams in 1A; West Jessamine, undefeated in 4A; Harrison County, an average 4A club; and county rival Bourbon County.

Hopefully next year Paris can produce a more manageable schedule for themselves. Their district should include Bracken County, Eminence, and Frankfort. Maybe they can add Berea, Nicholas County, and a couple eastern Kentucky 1A schools. Surely a little success might lead to higher participation numbers.

I hope Paris can hang on, help is on the way. The middle school program has a good crop of kids.
