Track the Reds (2nd Half, Week #10)

Gotta think Alonso, Francisco and a pitcher or two will be packaged in the offseason for either a LF or Ace.

No way Francisco goes anywhere IMO. He's their 3B of the future after Rolen goes.

Plus he swings left handed.

Rolen is signed 2 more years. Francisco has to be out of options. He's not going to sit on the bench for 2 years.

Plus, as I've said many times, Francisco is E5 waiting to happen all over again.

1-1. Arizona has 2nd and 3rd w/ one out. Top of the order

Good job keeping it right where it was.

Get the sticks out.

Come on Reds....Spliting against the Dbacks is pitiful. Get the bats going.

10-10 in their last 20 games, coming off a weak 4-3 homestand against the worst two teams in baseball....

So do you guys still think the Reds have this wrapped up? If so those of you that do are really going to be shocked come the 1st of October. As I've said all along, and I stand by it, the Reds are going to choke. Now I know most of you will laugh, ridicule and even ignore my comments, but I honestly see it happening. The Reds offense is dead and their bullpen has blown leads in 3 straight games. The Reds will split with Arizona at best and will then go 3-6 at best on their last roadtrip of the year. The Cards will overtake the Reds. I am 100% confident of that. Have at it my fellow posters.

Well I was dead on about the Arizona series. Good thing for the Reds and all you fans the Cardinals can't beat anyone anymore. While I believe the division is all but clinched now I still don't see the Reds doing any better than 3-6 on their roadtrip. Things could still get interesting if the Cards were to get hot, but I think they've thrown in the towel.

Good for you...

So was just about everyone else that made a prediction.

I don't understand why you're not in Vegas making a killing.

Everybody predicted the Reds to split with Arizona?

Dusty doesn't want them to get hot too early. He'll have them rolling just at the right time. :D
