How's are the freshman teams this year? We know Highlands is pretty good, but what about the other schools?

Cov Cath plays Cooper tonight. Cov Cath has a lot of talent but who knows til they hit the field.

Does CCH have kids playing Frosh, JV and Varsity? Thought I saw Dressman playing against Ryle at Nippert? Who else stands out for the CCH frosh?

I believe Dressman is the only one dressing Varsity. Cov Cath's 8th grade team was ridiculously good last year having had only one team score a touchdown against them in the whole season. They have added talent as well. But the competition is much better this year I'm sure. Ross Meek is a great lineman. Pope is again running the ball with Bir joining the team this year who is great as well. Burchell is said to be a great linebacker and he played elsewhere last year. The receiving corps looks good. How will it all come together? Unfortunately, they haven't even scrimmaged anyone so we'll see.

Dressman dresses Varsity but has not played.

Some roosters list him as no.8 but is wearing no.10, Conner is wearing 8.

Pope has looked good along with Bir at running back.

Ross Meek on D-line is going to be a good one if works hard and keeps his head on the game.

Is this not Dressman? This must be Conner then, right? Guess the Enquirer got the label wrong on the pic. Thanks for the clarification.
