Rook, it's all in jest! We just hope for a well played game from both teams and no injuries. Win or lose, come Saturday, the sun will come up and those of us in attendance at the game will be the lucky ones. We had spent a Friday evening watching a group of young men get it everything they've got for the love of the game and their school! Make the trip up if you can! :thumb:

I don't know, nees has gotten me thinking alot about liability issues lately. What if I hit somebody with a bratt? I could get locked up for assault with sausage weapon. I hear the penalty is quite sever.

I never knew one team could give up 13 points avg the last 4 games, the other only 9 points avg. but the team that gives up less has to figure out how to handle the team that gives up more points? :irked: That's OK. Those writers all picked us to lose big to Ryle also. Sounds like we should be in good shape!

I ranted about an hour or two to some of my friends at work when I read it. I bet our boys won't care for it much either.

I picked up my tickets at Dixie this morning. The lady at the desk did say that they had a very good chance of selling out. I would advise anyone who is planning on going to pick up tickets at Dixie or Boone Co either today or tomorrow morning. I just walked into main entrance at Dixie and into the office on the left and bought them.

We also bought our ticket's from the school Wednesday. I do believe the game was a sell-out last year, and many people who thought they could buy ticket's on Friday night were dissapointed. I have actually seen the school close the gates on a couple of big games to the entrance's, and as people left they would let more enter. Good luck to both school's! I also pray for no injuries for both teams before the game. Let's play some football!

I had to pick up a few extra tickets this morning and it looked that they were down to there last 100 or so, I expect this one to sell out this morning judging by the size of the roll they had left. Hope everyone got a ticket!

I heard Boone had sold somewhere around a 1000 tickets as of yesterday afternoon. Unless there are tickets held out for gate sales, this game will be sold out early Friday.

3000 according to the KHSAA, The new one will be substantially larger if we ever get it.

It seems a lot smaller than that.

I've never seen Dixie's stadium but it must be pretty small if you can actually sell it out. I don't ever recall Trinity actually selling out of tickets for a home game (thats not to say that everyone had a seat) and the Rock fans are pretty supportive of the team. Fill us in Dixie fans. :lol:
