August 7, 201016 yr Maggard had a very interesting take. Basically said this is a conspiracy hatched by Forde to get Cal on the witness stand. More believable than some other rumors we've heard lately.
August 7, 201016 yr Go UK! I'm all for supporting anything that brings shame to Chicago or anything associated with Chicago.
August 7, 201016 yr Nice to see the Davis family filing suit next week. This is just irresponsible and shotty journalism at it's best. Reminds me of the NY Times and the Bledsoe witch hunt. These journalists need to be held accountable when they make these false and defamatory allegations. Reminds me of a bitter ex wife who claims sex abuse against her estranged spouse when there is absolutely no evidence to support the claim. I think the editors of these newspapers are equally to blame and should also be fired. Ridiculous!

August 7, 201016 yr It is quite strange that every other national writer has blasted the Sun Times, and Forde has not said a word... Even if Forde had nothing to do with this, that should come as no surprise. The idiot is incapable of saying anything other than derogatory things about Calipari and any university he is at.
August 9, 201016 yr UK has no chance in a lawsuit, nothing will come of this either way. I doubt we hear anything else of it.
August 9, 201016 yr UK has no chance in a lawsuit, nothing will come of this either way. But I certainly think the Davis family has a very good chance. Would love to see them hit the ST hard.
August 10, 201016 yr UK has no chance in a lawsuit, nothing will come of this either way. You mean writing slanderous allegations without any evidence other than rumors is not room for a successful law suit? The Sun-Times is really overstepping it's journalistic boundaries with this one. But you're probably right.
