July 28, 201016 yr I find it deliciously ironic that after so many "rushed to judgement" on Shirley Sherrod (and while most seemed to be of the right-wing persuasion, I do not exclude the White House here), it took, oh, the blink of an eye to start this thread.
July 28, 201016 yr But she is certainly entitled to her opinion, and I can see where people would come to the conclusion that Breitbart has a bigoted agenda. I suspect that Sherrod knows bigotry when she sees and hears it ... ....and displays it.

Yes, that's right. Since a rush of judgement was the problem (including from my self) I think it's prudent to point out the same thing is being done by her. I would have thought she'd be a little wiser than that, but I guess I'm wrong. Any reason for you to think she isn't rushing to judgement?

July 28, 201016 yr Author Criticizing someone for their actions doesn't make a person a bigot ..."They would love to take us back to… where black people were looking down, not looking white folks in the face, not being able to compete for a job out there and not be a whole person.” or "He wants to take black people back to slavery", "he's racist, that's why he's so vicious against a black president". Sounds suspiciously like race baiting.
July 28, 201016 yr Author If this is indeed Shirley's husband, I have to wonder if she speaks out about his racist sounding comments. I admit, I don't have the entire video, so I can only go by what's here. His comments early on are a bit concerning.
