Regionals were completed last week. There are 3 classes for track and field. 2A State meet was yesterday. 1A is tomorrow morning and 3A is tomorrow afternoon.

Dominating performance by those girls. Central girls were very tough this year unless you were there it is easy to miss how really impressive the Highlands girls were in this meet.

I was not aware the different classes were on different days, I did realize that there were more than one class there kind sir!

OK, I'm confused by something. How is Highlands so good in girls' track, yet doesn't score a point in boys' action? It didn't appear from a loose glance they had a single state entrant. Usually when you're good in one gender you also are in the other. :idunno::confused:

From what I heard none of the gifted seniors in this class participated in track. Collinsworth, Buten, Bardo, Drennan etc.
