May 24, 201016 yr ^ Exactly. I think this is a desperation move for Cleveland just wishing it will keep Lebron and it was the last thing they could do. We will see if it works.
May 24, 201016 yr Do you really think thats true? I believe it. It makes too much sense for it to not be true.
May 24, 201016 yr ^ Exactly. I think this is a desperation move for Cleveland just wishing it will keep Lebron and it was the last thing they could do. We will see if it works. They were desperately saving 4.5 million also.
May 24, 201016 yr Someone had to be the sacrificial lamb. I'd look for Byron Scott to be the next guy. Or maybe JVG.
May 24, 201016 yr JVG is the best coach on the market IMO. I know he didn't get it all the way done in NY or Houston, but he's a good coach in my book.
May 24, 201016 yr JVG is the best coach on the market IMO. I know he didn't get it all the way done in NY or Houston, but he's a good coach in my book. Read an article today that Jeff Van Gundy said he would have to figure out how to better handle losses before he returned to coach. Indicated he lived most of his coaching life very miserably as he does not handle losing well.
May 24, 201016 yr LBBC, how does your resume look? Do you think you could convince LeBron to stay? If I am advising LeBron, I am telling him to sign with Chicago.
May 25, 201016 yr If I am advising LeBron, I am telling him to sign with Chicago. I just don't understand why LeBron would want to go to Chicago. Chicago is synonymous with Jordan. Does he really want to compete with that?
May 25, 201016 yr I just don't understand why LeBron would want to go to Chicago. Chicago is synonymous with Jordan. Does he really want to compete with that? I am thinking the same thing about Chicago. I really feel like he will be a Knick.
May 25, 201016 yr I am thinking the same thing about Chicago. I really feel like he will be a Knick. And waste his prime rebuilding?
May 25, 201016 yr I just don't understand why LeBron would want to go to Chicago. Chicago is synonymous with Jordan. Does he really want to compete with that? Yeah, and LA is synonymous with Magic, Kareem, Jerry West, Baylor, Mikan and Wilt Chamberlain....Shaq and Kobe did fine. Boston has Russell, Cousy, Havlicek, Bird, & McHale and yet The Big 3's legacy is set and Rondo is a blossoming star. Did Steve Young suffer from playing in Montana's shadow? Jordan's legacy will have zero effect on LeBron, IMO. They're already compared to each other, and if he wins championships no one in Chicago is going to care who was better out of the two. And the scrutiny of playing in NY and not winning championships would be way worse than playing in Jordan's and failing to win some rings IMO. NY crucifies their athletes when they don't win.
May 25, 201016 yr I have heard on ESPN that Coach K is rumored to the Cavs job also. We shall see but I dont think hiring a college coach will get the Cavs a championship but if I had to pick one it would be Coach K. Remember he almost went to the Lakers, I just dont see this happening unless the offer 5 million then he might jump ship!
May 25, 201016 yr Hey Coach Tressel can you hook me up with some tickets for the OSU-Miami game? Thanks,. :thumb:
