April 13, 201016 yr That's your immediate opinion though. In order to get an accurate perspective on his presidency, you'll have to withhold final judgement for a while longer IMO. I agree. 30-40-50 years from now if Iraq is still an ally of this country and has become a stablizing force in the region, he will go down as one of the best ever.
April 13, 201016 yr I posted an article on here many moons ago that said Bush sent more aid to Africa than any other US President and if memory serves was the only US President to visit Africa in their second term. I remember it.

No, that is pretty much where he will stay IMO. Time will not change Bush's poor management style and decision making while in office. The outcome of his policies may look better in 30 years but his governing method will still look as horrible as it does today.
