Completely untrue. At best, he is middle of the pack speedwise on that team and I've been told that by a couple of people. He is not some speed demon. He has decent but not special speed. Also a tremendous overstatement to say he's one of the biggest prospects in NKY history. Keep it reasonable.

 

My quote was intended to be biggest quarterback prospects.. "big" literally and figuratively. He may not be a 4'7 kid but who actually is.

LOL,I watch football all over the state and as an ex coach and parent of grown children I find it very amusing on the negative comments on some of these kids.Not only in this thread but others I have commented on,I think 99% come from parents of other players on the team or team mates.In the spirit of sportsmanship lets let these kids enjoy the noteriaty they recieve here and go by the old saying "you dont build yourself up by tearing other people down" I have herd nothing but positive comments on this Hemple kid on and off the field.Character and personality goes a long way with the recruitment of these kids lets not forget that. He's not the biggest prospect at all! Nick West is right there with him I beleive. Didn't know he was 4 foot 7 either. Anyway as a poster before put NKY has a kid playing in the SEC and for The Notre Dame Irish. Hemple will hold a clipboard for two years at least where ever he goes.

Well I'm glad you got it, because I completely missed it. My comment was regarding the offers Elliott may have received. Because he is a sophomore he cannot receive a written division one scholarship offer until I believe September of his junior year. That's is why I stated that they must all be verbal. I hope you found what you were looking for.:confused:

Billyblane, I couldn't agree with you more about the negative comments that are not neccessary but I guess everyone has an opinion. I also believe Dixie Darling was making more of a clarification on when a player can accept a written scholarship offer versus being negative toward the player mentioned.

After reading it again,I beleive you are correct sir.Dixie Im sorry.But you can read earlier post from some of the pundants on here and see they are directly related to the school of the kid they are knocking.Im glad I dont have to deal with those parents anymore!

Glad to learn Conner got the offer from WKU. He's first and most importantly a great kid. Nothing but the best of manners and extremely polite. Must have learned that from his Momma (just teasing Rich). And he's an extremely talented football player too. All the best to the young man and I hope he has a great football season this year, except when playing my Birds of course!
