Lafayette did the same thing last night on their senior night by presenting flowers and a gift to the visiting Bourbon County seniors-very classy.

I think recognizing both teams' seniors on senior night has become the standard in girls' sports. I can't recall a game (regardless of sport) I've coached in that didn't do this. That said, I agree the recognition of the opposing team is a very classy move.

 

I didn't realize that. Perhaps because I just haven't been to a lot of Girl's Senior Night events. But I am pleased to know it happens regularly!

Cooper's girls gave flowers to the Holmes seniors on their Senior Night. It was an awesome display of sportsmanship.:dancingpa

When my daughter played softball against Grant County the seniors on her team received flowers from Grant County at GC's senior day. Nice touch.

 

You don't see that at boys games.

I think St. Patrick has been doin this for a couple of years, maybe longer.

 

They do it on 8th grade night, as well.

Rader is a very good point guard, she does not get a lot of pub, but a very good player.

Unfortunately for Karli her season came to and end on senior night. She found out yesterday that her ACL is torn and will have surgery in about 6 weeks. She was a very good player and just loved the game! A very sad senior night for her.

My daughter has played there the last 2 years on their 8th grade appreciation night. It's always nice to play there, it definitely is appreciated.

We wish Karli the best. we have had two go down at Brossart with season ending Knee injuries.

 

My duughter had the opportunity of playing with Karli during a few AAU seasons.

She is one of the best pure point guards we have seen.

 

I think she is going into the military to serve our country. We wish her great success in the future.
