Houston is currently 9th in the playoff standings, with this move they would definitely move up to at least 7th-maybe 6th.

February 11, 201016 yr Makes sense for the Knicks...yes, McGrady is an expiring contract. I hope that Caron Butler can get with a winner- he is one of the best players that gets very little credit because he has played for teams that have not been very successful.

New York has a slew of horrible contracts they hopefully can rid themselves of in the next couple of off seasons. The only way they can improve is to basically get rid of all the deals they have in place and start from scratch. I'll try to find the Knicks salaries for this season, some of you will be shocked.

February 12, 201016 yr Hughes expires Jefferies has a player option for $6,883,400 which I am sure he will pick up Duhon expires Curry has a player option for $11,276,863 like Jefferies he will pick up as well
