Shocked by this one. Deming didn't look like a contender the other night at Montgomery Co. This is quite a bounce back win for the Devils.

Second straight uninspired effort for the Cats. They beat Deming by about 25 last time they met in the Lloyd tournament.

 

I can't figure Pendleton County out. They beat Campbell County and Bryan Station, and were within three points of Holmes with two minutes remaining. Yet, they've lost twice to Harrison County, and once to Lewis County and Deming.

They also gave Mason County a scare in the HCA Fieldhouse not long ago. Maybe they're one of those teams that often plays to the level of the competition.

When Pendleton Co. played Deming in the Loyd tournament, Caldwell and Earlywine did not dress.

It appears so. This will have to be fixed if Pendleton County wants to advance in the district and region.

Kinda of shocked at this outcome. Lets hope the Black Devils can build on this momentom the rest of the way into the District Tournamnet.
