Nice article on Knipp in today's edition. For those that constantly question his volume of shots, look closely at his overall FG percentage.

Nice article. I give the kid credit for staying at Elliott Co. when I'm sure there was a lot of pressure by some people to get him elsewhere.

I've often thought the same thing.

I don't see how people bash Timmy. He has always been extremely nice every time I've spoken to him. I think people kind of take his personality on the court the wrong way alot of the time. He's a very good player obviously, a good kid, and I'm very proud of him for staying at Elliott. That really says alot IMO. Hopefully he continues to improve (and becomes more aggressive!!!) and gets a few major offers.

You are correct in everything you say in the your posts. I just like to give Timmy constructive criticism on here. He is a player that is so valuable to his team he has to learn everyday because the team will only go as far as he wants to take them.

I just hate when people are so down on him. I know he still has alot more potential that he hasn't reached, but he's getting there IMO. If you would, when you see him tell him his two older buddies from Olive Hill say that he needs to get to the basket more often (He'll know who you're talking about I think ). He would be unstoppable if he would decide to go to the hoop more often IMO. He could be even more of a matchup nightmare IMO. :thumb:

TK is a great kid; great to talk to and very humble. He was engaged last night against Russell, and might have gone for 50-60 if the game was remotely close. I think he had 4 dunks so he was definitley getting to the rim! Congrats Timmy!

That's kinda the nature of people, down on people who have success. I spent a lot of time with Tim on the AAU circuit this past year and found him to be a great kid with a lot of talent. I wish him the best.
