It will be involuntary manslaughter if he has in fact passed. It is still a homicide whether she shot him or wrecked the truck with him in the back.

How do we know what has happened? I was just asking a question. I have no idea if either of those happend or not. If she wrecked because he was causing a distraction by being in the bed of the truck then I don't see how she could be charged with anything.
