How is it not the same? You said people should be loyal and finish what they start. If I start a job, and am supposed to be on it for a year, but get fired 6 months in, how is that acceptable? I should be loyal to them, but heck with them being loyal to me?

 

Most likely if a person got fired it was because they sucked at the job. :ohbrother::lol::lol::lol:

I do understand what you are saying. However did you stick with the first job you ever have? Did you leave that job, or are you eventually going to leave that job? I mean when you do leave that job, you put your employer in a tough spot and makes them have to find someone knew. So is that ok then? Or should you be loyal to them too? Or say if someone is a teacher, should they just for the rest of their lives stay at that school? I mean if they leave for another school, that is not showing loyalty to the school that first game you a shot. Its not showing loyalty to the kids you teach.

 

I mean its very easy to sit back and say he was wrong for leaving, and people need to be loyal. However everyday and everyone has not been loyal to their jobs, and I doubt you will be either. I mean are you going to say a teacher is wrong and not loyal, if they leave for another school where they might make more money, and just in a better situation for him and his family? The same could be said for any position really. If a person leaves at any job, it leaves a whole in that company. This is something that you, me and just about everyone has done or will do sometime in their lives. We have to remember that coaching football IS THEIR JOB. So just like for any other job, if another job opens up where you could make more money, and also feel like you overall will be in a better situation for you and your family then you would take it. Even though us as fans like to think of football and other things just as sports, we have to realize that for some people it is their jobs. So lets not say what they do is wrong, when basically everyone will do the same thing at some point in their lives.

 

I am not saying people shouldn't be loyal, because if more people were loyal than this whole world would be a better place. I am just saying we shouldn't try to put down anyone in particular since basically everyone has or will do the same thing in some point in their professional careers. The thing is though if everyone is loyal, than everyone will be working at their first jobs ever still haha.

That's how the world "should" work. The way the world really works is the complete opposite.

As far as I know, BK did not breach his contract. Blame the person who wrote the contract, not the person who bought it out. The world is working exactly the way it should.
