I don't want to see any school get into trouble with the NCAAs. Believe me, it something I wouldn't wish for my worst school. I've lived it and daily watch the Bama Boards and hold my breath.

 

Now the last Vol coach turned to the NCAA and did some gum flapping.

I say that it (program on probation) couldn't happen to a nicer guy .

 

Kiffin would deserve it should U.T. should get put on probation and imo it is not a matter of if, just when. Layne Kiffin has ran his pie hole about everyone since he got to U.T. and that kind of crap comes back on you. I feel sure that any and every coach in the SEC would love to nail him and U.T. on whatever they could. I do think a "death penalty" would have to have alot more than what has came out so far, a lot more. I would hate that "death penalty" for any school but would love it for just Kiffin....a ban from coaching.

There are rivalries but there is also a line you don't cross between coaches and imo Kiffin has done that at every opportunity :irked:.

 

All that Kiffin has proven is that Al Davis may be a pretty good judge of character. :lol:

^^I don't think Kiffin is necessarily a bad guy (except for UK week :lol:), I think he just has a style of coaching to where he wants to get under other teams skin. If Lane can build UT back into a National Power, he will become a legend IMO. A lot of the build up to that will be how much the other SEC coaches hate him IMO. He wants his coaching career talked about and remembered, which is either going to mean that he is a huge success or a horrific failure. JMO, but outside of one week this year, Kiffin has been one of my favorite people to watch. I actually kind of find myself wanting him to do well for some reason. He's cocky and slimey, but I think he is great for CFB and great for the SEC.

IF the allegations and violations continue, one is going to stick. He is allowing the odds to stack up on him. I don't see the death penalty, but I do see NCAA penalties/probation visiting UT IF he keeps on doing things the way he does.

Comments like that is why I hate UK with a passion.

I will say this, ... as much as I dislike Kiffin and UT, I hate to see any school get in trouble with the NCAA. Having lived thru it as a UK fan, I know how frustrating that can be.
