November 27, 200916 yr I run a celluar phone store, and I'm not going to say which company it is. We opened at 4am this morning and our big Black Friday Sale was from 4am-9am. Needless to say there was ALOT of people who braved black friday, and a lot that continued to brave it after the big sale was all over with. Put it this way, just as of about thirty minutes ago (4:15) it just slowed down. From 4 to a little after 10 this morning, I didn't get a chance to sit down, nor use the restroom, get something to eat etc. Needless to say it has been a day that I cannot wait to get behind me. If you guys are wanting to know what that most popular phones for the holiday are going to be its looking like the Blackberry Tour and HTC Hero (the T-Mobile version is called the My-Touch, you may have seen it advertise it is the same phone) among the upper tier phones, while a lot of the medium range LG and Samsungs have sold good the past few weeks. Somehow I have managed to keep a smile on my face all day for the customer, but Black Friday on the other end of the desk = :isurrender:
November 27, 200916 yr I tell ya right now that is a heck of a present especially if its a rear projection your current, the upgrade to plasma is substantial. :thumb: My son has a 50" plasma LG that is 720p and it is awesome. The pic is fantastic. I just woke up. Was at Wal Mart at 1:30. Crowd wasn't bad then. Things were open so I got all I needed and headed for the TV. I sat there till about 3:30, talking to old students, had a good time. Then headed to the checkout. No one in line so I parked my stuff in front of one of the check out lanes and was the first to check out at 5:00. The TV was huge...but fortunately it fit in my SUV. Again saw former students and they helped me load it. I was very thankful. Only draw back is I fell yesterday at my parents and twisted my left knee, I can hardly walk. My husband had better really appreicate all I went throught to get this for him...:lol:
