What a HUGE win for the Wildcats ! I wil glady have my serving of crow for predicting not only UGA to win this one but for a U.K. 5-7/6-6 record at best! I believe that this season Brooks and staff has had their best coaching job since he has been here.

Newton is really coming along at QB and imo is the best QB on this team and has been all along. Cobb is an unbelivable talent as well as Locke looking very good.

Again, a great win for the Cats and maybe, just maybe they can get UT.

With that said, .... I would like to see another drought ended next week! Over 2 decades since UK has beaten UT. That streak MUST end as well!!!

I certainly hope these seniors have a monster game next week in their final game at Commonwealth Stadium. 7-4 is already better than most predicted and still have a shot to get 8 wins.

Excellent observation.

Late in the first half I almost changed the channel. They were playing so poorly. My wife chastised me for being a fair weather fan so I stuck it out. Glad I hung in there because the 2nd half was awesome.

 

Gritty performance. UK is lacking at several spots and the depth is not there, but I swear they showed a lot of heart.

Thank the Lord for Cobb and Locke. The way these guys carry the offense is amazing. Great all around effort from everyone else as well. For the third year in a row UK "should" beat Tennessee, hopefully third times a charm.

2.)Georgia fans asking if they send their 4 & 5 star recruits or even Richt to Lexington for the summer and offseason can Coach Brooks and staff develop them...and get them to show it on the field...

Not that Georgia is a super team this season, but Rich Brooks and company has totally changed the psyche of the Kentucky football team. These guys really do expect to make plays late in the game to win it, versus making mistakes to lose it.

I think this Georgia loss will mark the end of the Willie Martinez era in Athens.

 

To loss the way the Bulldogs did, will cause great pressure from the Georgia faithful to get a new defensive coordinator.
