He buys tickets to help with the blackout, posts times and places on twitter and says for fans to meet him. When they do he pays for their movie tickets and buys them video games. He also offers the first people at the stadium he will meet and give them one of his jerseys. One person even said that he was signing autographs for everyone after a practice. And he saw a mentally changed boy in the back watching and waiting. And OchoCinco pointed at him and told him not to move. He came back with something like a helmet and cleats that were all signed by him and gave them to the boy. Sometimes he goes over the edge with his dances and antics. But he says he's not just a football player he's an entertainer. And he's right. I really don't think he meant any harm in this. He was just simply entertaining. But I do see why he was fined as well.

He's got a huge career on broadway after his football career is over, but as for now, I wish he'd focus on football instead of trying to be the whole show.

He get's fined 20k for a joke that never even made it to the ref, Cutler gets fined 20k for abusive language to a ref and Harris gets fined 7.5k for actually punching somebody. How do you get fined less than half of the fine for a joke when you physically attack someone?

There's no place in the game for it, but it was in the heat of the moment. The others were premeditated, or they at least had time to find a better alternative. Not saying I agree with it, but I think that's the NFL's reasoning.

How do you get fined less than half of the fine for a joke when you physically attack someone? Chad has a long history of not carrying what the commissioner says/does and caring about being fine. He is going to keep doing whatever he wants. Knowing that Chad keeps thumbing his nose at the commissioner, I would expect his fines to continue to increase in monetary value.
