All do respect to the Tigers and their massive offensive line....But hunting aint that fun when the Rabbit has a GUN.....:popcorn::popcorn:

 

It aint hunting at that point. It's war and that is what I expect out of this game. I think both teams will be up for the battle. Second round of play offs no more easy games.

Frankfort has been win with defense team this year. Coach Acklin is one of the best defensive minds around. WHen people ask what defense FHS plays the only name we know is "Fat Albert" meaning it isn't a traditional defense.

 

Coach Acklin's defensive mind won't be taxed much this week. Line 'em up and see who wins in the trenches. That is it against Bellevue. They are big. They will run it at you all night and just try to wear you down. I think Frankfort's year of injury catches up to them in this one and they will not be able to withstand the pounding Bellevue will bring. I predict it will be tight early and then as the game wears on Bellevue will grind it out and pull away. This game will unfold very similar to last year's playoff loss to Beechwood but I don't think the margin will get quite that wide. I have a LOT of respect for Frankfort and their program but I see this one as - Bellevue 28 Frankfort 14.

Would have got them all the way to Beechwood, for the loss.

 

With a healthy Panthers team, with Tillman and Weaver playing...This would have been Frankfort's year to beat The Beechies, Beechwood might put up a score of about 27 on Frankfort, but Tillman for 3 TD passes, Weaver with 2 and some followers sneaking in, Frankfort would have had about 31.

You might be right with Frankfort at 24. But I don't think you hold Bellevue to 21.

I'm sure Frankforts special teams will not be a concern for Bellevue. Punt out of bounds, squib kick the 5 or so kick offs and you limit their returns.

Win or lose I think everyone has to give it up for a job well done by Frankfort's coaching staff this year. To keep your team mentally in the game while losing player after player is something to be proud of.

 

And that is why I'm pulling for Frankfort this game. They must have an excellent coaching staff. And a lot of really good athletes.
