Thats good if you held him to just those 69 yards but he had some success in the passing game today as well so he wasnt totally shut down. Good lord he pressed the truck stick when he caught that pass and ran Gay (think thats the guys name) over.:eek:

He did have 2 big runs of 15 and 19, but his other 16 carries totaled 34 yards. The D came up big when it had to with holding the Vikes Off to just 10 points...

October 26, 200916 yr That was a big win for Pitt and a great 4th quarter. Officials definalty helped them out. Thought Favre was going to pull it off again. Pitt D really did a great job of turning into an offensive mindset when they got the turnovers. Percy looked like he was shot out of a cannon and what a sorry effort by Reed. AP trucking Gay was SICK!!!! Favre did a nice job of checking the ball down to AP in the clutch I thought and the catch Rice made on the sidelines was perfection! They are really getting some chemistry. That 3rd down back shoulder throw on 3rd down was bigtime!
