Wow! Congratulations to Lewis County. This has to be one of the biggest moments ever for their program. The Lions played well last week at Russell and it looks like they carried it on to this week. Now, though, they get to experience a trip to Belfry.

Corky always has a good game plan for WC, how long has he been back as an assistant? I'm really not surprised, LC always comes ready for WC. Congrats to LC, they have had an up-hill battle the last few years with numbers and coaching changes. But, everytime you watch them they are out there playing hard and keeping up the good fight. The hardwork and dedication is beginning to pay off. Congrats to the Lions on ending a long streak and making the playoffs.

Why did Coach Prater leave to begin with,what has he been doing and why did he return this season? He is obviously the reason LC is doing so well this season after the previous two. Great job Lewis County.

Should be about a 2 1/2 hour drive or more. You go down Rt 23 past Louisa, Paintsville and at around Pikeville you take Rt 119 East to Belfry. Its about 25 miles east of Pikeville on the Weat Virginia border. BIG HILLS. GOOD LUCK

It's about 3 hours from Vanceburg according to Mapquest. It's not the most pleasant drive down there, but they do have one of the nicest facilities I've been to once you get there!
