Both teams are 0-3 in the District, the Winner gets a trip to Log Mountain and a chance to play Bell County in the first round of the playoffs. What are your thoughts and predictions?

IF YOU WIN. Your reward is to go and play maybe the best AAAA team in the state. Bell Co. killed Johnson Cent. And the last six games the offense is scoring 44.0 ppg and only giving up 6.3 ppg. And with your offense and defense the way they are playing. That 44 ppg that Bell is putting up on the boards will most likely look like 70 points. The problem is that East Carter is playing as bad or maybe worse then the Muskies. So the way your season has gone you will most likely win this game and get the chance to go to log mountain and play a game vs BELL CO. It will be a long ride down and an even longer ride back.

So IMO I think that the way the season has gone for Greenup Co you will end up winning this game.

Greenup Co. should win with or without Carter I would give his ankle a rest if at all possible.

I'd say it comes down to the attitude of the players for both teams. It can be hard to come out and play hard knowing it adds another week of practice to a bad season. And all roads lead to a team like Bell County.

Greenup should definately win this one. But I'm going to pick the upset if Carter does not play.

Carter won't be the problem,if it was only him out we would win this one.Looks like we are going to have a lot more important players out for this one,and if that's the case it will be a tough game to win.I still think we can win but some JV players will have to step up big!!!

Who else is out? I heard Joey Aeh is out with a possible torn MCL? That's a bad injury I hate that for any player out there.

Yes, Joey is out. Cole Potter is having surgery on his hand today. Not sure who else?

Don't want to mention any names,they might play hurt,but it is several of the O&D line.Broken hand -Broken finger-Hurt back,that's a few of the more serious injuries and of course the one you metioned ram04.These players don't get as much publicity as others but are just as important.I hope they all heal up okay.
