Dixie Coach Rudd

I just heard from a friend that Coach Rudd from Dixie passed away suddenly last night. Apparently he had been sick the past few weeks but nothing serious. He collapsed at home last night. He had just graduated from Dixie in 2006 and was around 21 years old.

 

Our thoughts and prayers go out to his family and friends and the entire Dixie family.

Coach Rudd's father is the head freshman coach at Ryle and his younger brother plays at Cooper. Prayers go out to the family, Dixie, Ryle & Cooper football families. He will surely be missed.

Hard to deal with something like that, the Cooper, Dixie, and Ryle communities will struggle for a time to come with this. Prayers to the family. Heard about this last night, and it is tragic! Hopefully the friends, players, coaches, families, etc. can rally around the members of this family and help them through.
