There are plenty of guys like him in the slot. I think he can be a productive slot receiver in The League.

I do too. Remember he still has two years to learn the little things about play WR. He is a very good football player.

Cobb is defined in one word, athlete. He will go down as one of the best all time to play for the Cats.

I like the kid a lot.

I don't know how he projects on the next level, but if he continues to play as well as he has the rest of this year & the next 2, I don't see how he doesn't get a shot in the NFL.

My thoughts on Randall Cobb.......PUT THE BALL IN HIS HANDS!!!!!!!!!!!! It's not rocket science! He is electric when he touches the rock. I don't care if it's screens, reverses or Wildcat he needs the ball more. Any less than 15 times a game with their stagnent offense is inexcusable too me!

:thumb: I think that's all that needs to be said about Mr. Cobb.

I dont know, but as far as the next level goes, Randall Cobb just SCREAMS Wes Welker to me.

I asked this in another thread, but where was the wildcat formation today with Cobb.

Brooks said tonight that in the 3rd quarter they only had 4 snaps and it was hard to get into a groove, then in the 4th they needed to pass more and the play calling got more basic to win the game. From his mouth.

Let me throw this at you, better than Abney?

Cobb is bigger, stronger and more durable than Abney in the long haul, just not as quick and elusive.

Abney was one slippery son of a gun. HAHA.
