I was the one of those who voted for Danville, I played for Danville and am an Admiral thru and thru, it doesn't matter who their opponent is I will never vote against them. Enough said.:madman:

I'm not mad at you ThinThirty. I'll never vote against Boyle County and I won't stop promoting Rees MacShara for Mr. Football regardless of whether he has a bad game or not. Nothing wrong with loyalty at all.

I like the way you think. But it is almost impossible to put up those numbers. The running clock makes the second half go really fast.:thumb:

Boyle could have scored 78 last week and there was a running clock.

But your right the second half flew by in the Mercer game. And I was glad it did, I was tired of chasing my 2 year old all over the place.

I see a wood shed in DHS future.... This is going to be ugly!!!!! GO REBELS!!!!!!!!!!

This could be Harps worst lost ever and Its at Danville.....

I didn't mean to make you mad I was just wondering. Last week nobody came forward and said that they were the 2 that voted for Mercer. I am like you, I will always vote for the rebels no madder who they play. I played for the rebels back when we were not that great and Danville beat us every year. So like you I am a Rebel thru and thru even if we go 0-10. :thumb: I believe that everybody should support their school and commend you for that. Again did not mean to make you mad.

I'm not mad at anybody, I'm just really frustrated this year. Even though I know the Ads are young and what ever else this year I also think they are not playing up to their potential, and there is a lot of discussion that could be done about that, I guess all that will come in the off season. I really thought a new attitude had emerged this year with the team, bottom line is they are just not aggressive enough, and I don't think "light" to "no" contact in practice is good. I played for Tom Duffy we had 28 players, our practices were "full contact" and "wide open" except for thursdays before games, and we lit people up on defense. I can see the offense this year taking time to develope but the defense has been embarassing and pathetic! But I still love the Admirals and will support them.

I agree with you on having full contact in practice.:thumb: But I did not know that they were going light to no contact in practice. That doesn't sound like Coach Harp. Didn't Coach Mummy at UK do the same thing no contact?

From what I have seen and others have told me, there is very little contact in practice, much like Hal Mummy's practice. The reason being trying to prevent injuries to the limited number of players they have.:idunno:

How many players are on Danville's team this year? I believe that Danville will turn it around and finish well. But like you said they are young.

I think about 40, but I would say less than half see significant playing time. They have some good young talent plus I think Bate Middle School has some good talent coming, hopefuly they will get back to playing football with a passion.

Go Rebels.. Only 3 more days.
