As I said last week. I figure mine as the true top ten teams therefore records do not factor in as much to me. Top ten is the best ten teams period! I'd love to see SK and Highlands play. After seeing SK this weekend I think they could give the Birds a game.

Conner at this time, despite who they have played, deserves to be ranked higher than Dixie IMO. Thats no jab at some of the polls above me but its just my opinion...

I know and I'm a little split on that decision right now. I really think, and its JMO, that my 7-8-9 teams are very close to each other and honestly I think it could go either way. Covington Catholic is improving with each and every game I will admit and pending what they do next week as well the other teams they may move up my rankings.

Honestly, CCH vs NCC and BW and HC and CCHS are all TOO close to call. CovCath being 0-3 has nothing to do with it. At this point, esp. with BW going 40 to 28 vs Highlands and Highlands beating Ryle by the about the same as Ryle beat CCH, I wouldn't even be too quick to jump and say CovCath is above BW. The only one two I think they are legitimately better than at this point are NCC and HC. People putting CovCath even in the top 10 right now is good enough...if they continue to improve and give Campbell County a game/win next week, I'd say they're more in the 6 to 7 range.

Had BW lost by only 12 I'd be right there with you.

Rather large drop off in NKy after these two top teams. SK and HSH would be a great game to watch.

Somewhat of a drop off at the moment but these few bottom teams always have a way of somehow doing better than the two team just above them once the playoffs start.

Before I put Conner in my top five, I want to see them play somebody. It's rather easy to beat the Lloyds of the world badly, but when is Conner going to start playing a better out of District Schedule like Boone, Ryle or SK? I mean Oldham, Scott, Cov Holy Cross and Lloyd (the Dixie game will be a test) don't really raise your standard of play when you have to play Boone, Ryle or SK to win your District. I guess the Conner folks like the zero in the loss column, rather than the team finding out where their team weakness are before the first district games.
