NCC for the second week, continues to shoot themselves in the foot. Personal fouls...again (late hit, roughing the kicker, offensive facemask!!!). NewCath had the ball on the 5 yd line, first and goal, the shotgun sailed over the QB's head.....and then it was 2nd and goal from the 29. The mistakes have to stop soon.

By the way SK is a very good football team!

Did Simpson play and if yes, how did he look? By the way, for those in N. Ky., this game will be on ICN6 at 7 or 7:30 tonight. The Beechwood / Dixie game is on there right now.

Heard Simpson ended up not playing after the first couple series, and they didn't need him to be honest.

Nice win by SK. I didn't think they would need Simpson to win this game.

I bet you weren't saying that starting the fourth quarter.

Well the reason I said he wasn't need is not that NCC was awful, but rather than some kid named Powell stepped up big.

Sage Powell had a good game stepping in for Miles,Chad Lawernce had a good game also.:thumb:

By the end of the 1st quarter I didn't think they needed him, but the team moral was way down. Hell I was way down.

Who's # 31 for SK, is it Brown?

You could tell from the first possession that Simpson was not 100%. He looked slow and soft. It was not the Simpson from 2008.

Not even close.

You could tell when he walked on the field for warm ups that he wasn't right, he was limping with each step.

Nick Brown.

SK dominated every stage of the game. Sage Powell looked very good, and the fade in the endzone was beautiful.

I loved to watch coach M go no huddle, like NCC has done to him time and time again in the past.
