A big difference in their second year. Bradley is stud running back that is right up there with the best of Northern Kentucky backs I believed he popped it in the end zone 5 times in 3 quarters, and had some nice protection blocks. Passing game had some good timing routes and the receivers knew how to get up field after the catch. Believe me, it won't be long before they are playing with the best of NK.

I think they won a couple of times last season. Walton Verona and one of the county schools. (Gallatin?)

Correct. Cooper beat Gallatin County, 21-14 and beat Walton-Verona, 27-24.

You had to believe Cooper would be much improved this season. Without many seniors last year and with everybody on the team a "new" player, it would had to be a struggle. But there's too much talent up there for them not to get good quickly.

Cooper did play well on both sides of the ball....but there are still many things that they need to work on. Offensivley, Cooper was gelling very well, and Bradley (RB) was an absolute stud. Defensively, the Jags only gave up 7 points, and that was on a 4th and long where the DB slipped and fell. One Kickoff return, and one score on the JV Defense. Good effort by Cooper, but the important thing is, be happy, but don't be satisfied; on to Scott!

Congrats to Cooper and Coach Borchers and staff on an impressive victory. Coach Borchers definitely has things going in the right direction there, and as someone else said. It probably won't be to long until they have Cooper as one of the best teams in the area in a few years.
