Although I appreciate his contribution to literature,other than Hamlet and the Taming of the Shrew,I really did not enjoy his works. Much preferred Chaucer and Poe.

I fully respect him, but as an Engineer major, Literature just isn't my thing. I listened enough to get good grades.

True story!

 

I was in high school and we had to read this. I didn't but when the test came I guessed on all the questions and got a 90!! I jumped up in class and shouted. My teacher and the rest of the class laughed at me.

I enjoyed his stuff, but patently refused to read it because I was required. I mailed in more book reports (etc.) in high school than your local mail carrier could dream of.

I tried to read it, was so boring I honestly couldn't. I went and bought the condened notes version on it an did what I could to get by.

Note: was also a good idea to make nice with the smartest girl in the class and work you way over to sit by her come test day. That is not cheating :sssh:, it is merely using all you can to your advantage. :cool:
