He is the interim head coach for this season. After the season applications will be taken. Coach Lucas will be considered as well if he is interested in the postion beyond this season.

 

The team had their best day of practice so far today and seem to be getting behind Coach Lucas very well. I want to congratulate Coach Lucas and hope all Jumper fans get behind him and our boys. :thumb:

I'm glad the Somerset kids are practicing well. They are the district favorite and have a big bullseye on them from several teams in the district who think they might can beat them. I would hate for their season to go in the tank because of the coaching situation; because it should be a good race in District 5. Good luck!:thumb:

After seeing Somerset play their last games last season with so many young kids, I really felt they would be dangerous this year. I cannot believe Cobb left this late in the year, I'm sure there is a reason, it is just hard to believe.

So who will lead Somerset in tonight's scrimmage ?
