I spoke to three RYLE coaches today and a couple players (starters both). While you may not believe the hype, it occurred to me today that THEY indeed thought Bardo was going to be awfully good. I'm sure they relish the thought of playing such competition twice!:thumb:

 

I hope that all believers and non-believers attend the HHS-Male contest Friday night, then maybe we can talk about other great players at other positions,throughout the state.One scrimage might not pursway the non-believers,but it will be a step in the right direction. :isurrender:

Its very easy to figure out who is D1 material,it's the ones that get the offers.There is no sence in arguing the point,very soon when the offers start rolling in,we will know who is D1 and who is not.(By the way, I know this thread is about QB's)

Boys, boys, boys....has anyone on here said they don't believe Bardo will be good? I don't think so. And I dare say virtually everyone on this thread does think Bardo will be good. But you can not expect those of us who have not seen him to just buy all the hype sight unseen. So I don't think there are going to be any "I told you so's" out of this thread because no one is saying Bardo will not be good. A lot of us just want to see it for ourselves versus buying in hook, line and sinker on everything coming out of Highlands Hype School. Personally, I can't wait to see the kid because of all I have heard. But I am not going to agree that he is the best QB in the state till I at least see some stats from a real game.

Seriously, do you actually read the posts that you're responding to? Go back and find where I've said anything other than he's certainly a good athlete and good QB.

One last post for Antonio Andrews, since there is a lot of reference to 7 on 7 in this thread.

 

In July FC was invited to the Vanderbilt 7 on 7 passing tournament and advanced deep into the tournament. Today as I looked at the Maxpreps National rankings, I couldn't help but notice Memphis University High School ranked 12th in the Nation.

 

Guess which team in the tournament sent the 12th ranked team in the Nation packing: The 2A State Champs from Western KY, The Fort Campbell Falcons

 

If you ask the 12th ranked team in the Nation who is the best QB in Kentucky, they would probably say - "Antonio Andrews"
