July 27, 200917 yr Author Owings and Dickerson are likely headed to the DL according to John Fay. Dickerson can barely lift his arm.
July 27, 200917 yr My guess was he seperated it, I was sitting in LCF when it happened. I didn't see what happened to Owings? Did I miss something?
July 27, 200917 yr Tight shoulder. Which inturn has left the manager with a tight sphincter. Without skewing the thread, is Dusty on the hot seat at all?
July 27, 200917 yr Tight shoulder. Prior to the game, dude was playing long toss from literally the LCF warning track to the Rt field foul line, that can't be good for a pitcher to be doing that. I've never seen a pitcher play it at that distance before and I've been to probably 40 MLB games. I found it odd.:idunno:
July 27, 200917 yr Author I don't think Dusty should be on the hot seat. I don't think any manager can win with this team honestly.

July 27, 200917 yr Oh I get that, but it was a crazy long game of long toss, especially when you are pitching that day! Gotta stretch the ole' arm out. Honestly, it was probably just a matter of time before Owings landed on the DL. Off the top of my head, I think he's had injury issues virtually his entire career. I know he didn't pitch when we acquired him last year. Dickerson to the DL creates another roster opportunity for someone. Will we bring up Heisy or Stubbs, or are they still "not ready"?
