Just wanted to serve some crow to some of these posts...

I said Gasol would be exposed....

I'd agree in the regular season, but the Melo in the playoffs has been a Melo I haven't seen since Syracuse won the title.

Now that he is getting a real taste of playoff basketball, he will become a HOF player. We are watching him and his game mature. I love it. Him, Bron Bron, CP3 will make for some epic battles in the near future, just like we hoped they would.

Good game by Carmelo last night, he is emerging as one of the 4 best scorers in the NBA.l

I hate to say it, but LA is in big trouble. Not only in this game, but for the their season.

Smith is a punk too, the Nuggets really get under my skin with their attitudes. He hits a big three and gets up running is mouth and gets the T.

This is example #1 on why Melo just isn't on the same level as the big 3. He disappears at times.

Lakers might be in some major trouble. Denver is mean and it is obvious that is affecting the Lakers.

The Lakers are in trouble, not only in this game but for the whole series...

I lost some of the ones I had. Darn it. I know BigSpikes had the Thuggets in 5. :D

Can the Lakers do what they couldn't last year?

It would appear like they should. Neither the Magic or Cavs are as good as the Celtics were last year.

Hey, HT, not fair. Mine were for reverse psychology purposes only. But, what ever it takes. I'll be here to say the same thing in the finals, if that's what it takes.

I know but I was just quickly trying to find the negative ones.

Heck, I'm just glad I didn't have to pull it out tonight. This was a laugher, and a much needed one at that.

Lakers fans everything will be cheering hard to the Magic. Home court advantage will be huge in the Finals.

Playing their best ball headed into the Finals with a lot of confidence.

Man, the officials must have really had to work over time tonight to allow the Lakers to win by that big of a margin. I can't wait to hear how Beastley breaks this one down.:lol:

The perfect situation would be to see Clevland stretch it 7 and lose. But it would be too risky allowing Clevland to get the series back to the mistake by the lake.

I like the match up for LA either way.

Great showing by the Lakers, and that's why I think they'll beat the Magic in the Finals....they get nasty when up against it....Denver flat folded.
