Possibly, but I don't think that the way the play was set up that a pass to him could have been successful at all. The Nuggets were fine with anyone else trying to beat them, they weren't going to let the Mamba get a shot off.

May 22, 200917 yr Just saw Jackson say the last play was designed for Fisch. He said he knew they would foul Kobe before he could get a shot off and they didn't want to go to the line. He felt like Fisch could get an open look. If I have what I think the best player in the game then I'm getting him the ball off of 3 screens if that's what it takes! Fisch is experienced so I understand that but he has been shooting awful! He did hit a clutch 3 in the 1st game I guess.

And you want to win?????? No Bynum after the 2nd quarter. Too much Fisher and he gets the last shot, why not Ariza(who is on fire) or Odom? Anyone but Fisher since you won't let Kobe take it. No wonder Pippen got mad at him in 94. Farmar played great in the 1st half and not nearly enough in the 2nd half. May 22, 200917 yr Glad to see my Nuggets take game 2, especially after they should have gotten game 1. I hate the Lakers, I hate Kobe. I really don't want them back in the finals, at all. Melo is showing he is in the same class as LeBron and Kobe. So far he has outplayed Kobe, and I am loving it. I'll say Denver in 7, should continue to be a great series.
