Any word from the games down at Georgetown today?

I hear that Ashland Coach Buddy Biggs has been running the score up on depleted teams by pressing late in the games with a big lead this summer, that could come back to haunt him in the regular season. Reap what you sew my friend!

Not sure about Ashland running the score up but I seen them get pressed out of the gym at Morehead today by Beth Haven Christian. Ashland also pressed hard, very good game to watch.

I hear at the Georgetown camp Manual's Sean Samsel has been tearing it up.

They told me he has 32 3's in 7 games thus far and some of his assists have been eye opening. Mid Contintent's assistant coach has been here watching his play. Georgetown's coaches are talking about him also.

Ludlow team camp is today. I know Campbell County is playing against Ludlow and Lloyd. Does anyone know who else is there?

I heard Lou. Eastern and Scott Co. had a battle the other night. I would imagine that was a clash of 2 of the top 5 teams in the state. I believe Scott Co. won a very close one.

Yes they did. I believe they lost by 1 point. Manual played Scott County in the tourney and lost by three points and that was without their center Aleks Nicolic.

IMO Eastern is going to battle many good teams to try and be the best team in the state. They have such a good young group of guys. The 3 juniors are absolutely outstanding: Arman Marks, Remy Abel, and Lionell Gaines. Its not surprising to me that they put up a fight against Scott Co.

Yes they played them twice. The second time they had two players that weren't there for the first time they played. The 6'10" center wasn't in attendence for the whole camp.

Heading into the last weeks of June does anyone know of anymore team camps or scrimages that might take place during this time?
