It just kills me how whenever they play well/win they are awesome, the best team in the NBA, no one can stop them and the team they played isn't that good. But when they lose, the team they play is great, their front court is weak and point guard play is pitiful, and everyone other than Kobe needs to show up. It can't be both ways, the Nuggets get no credit on here, and since people like to point out that the Lakers won 65 games, the Nuggets won 54, it's not like they are the 8th seed or anything. Oh, 5Wide, the last two sentences weren't intended for you. I have said the Lakers played like doody and the Rockets stepped up last series. Seems like everyone else on here has said the same thing. When Kobe shoots bad but still gets 32 points and your front court plays soft and gets out rebounded, out scored and out played by a smaller frontcourt what do you expect us to say????:confused: The Nuggets will get the same credit I gave the Rockets if and when they beat the Lakers. Nothing they have done to get where they are at now is important. The present and future games are important. Last week means nothing.
May 20, 200917 yr Tale of two quarters so far. Gasol is weak. Lakers bench has been impressive. JR Smith needs to get it going. Nuggets free throw shooting is pathetic.

May 20, 200917 yr As good as the Nuggets played that 1st half the Lakers lead by 1. They really didn't play that well. They played a great 1st 10 minutes, then the Lakers out played them.

May 20, 200917 yr The guys on PTI and Around the Horn brought this up the other day, subconsciously the refs will play a HUGE role in the last 2 series. NBA NEEDS a Kobe/James final......................
