I was watching the game w/ quite a few season ticket holders and everyone w/ us thought he should pinch hit. Questioning Dusty seems appropriate any time I feel like it. I had no problem w/ Harang staying in the game IF he weren't up to bat in a HUGE spot. Dusty makes quite a few head scratching decisions. One of them is his best player having to come out of quite a few games lately. Maybe he needs to get some rest so they quit replacing him every time he plays a few innings.

You're blaming Votto's dizzy spells on Dusty?

I don't have the numbers and quite frankly don't feel like looking them up right now. But I am curious to know what Jerry Hairston's average is when playing SS the last couple years. I know he's a professional and it shouldn't matter where you play, but it seems to me he has a little more hop in his game when he's playing SS.:idunno:

Anyone else pretty worried about Votto here? Is something like this common after having the flu? I have never heard of such a thing.

It's very concerning.

As ss 140 29 49 11 1 2 14 9 2 17 11 3 .350 .397 .486 .883

So, if I'm reading correctly, he's hit .350 While playing SS?

I think he needs to be checked for Lyme's disease.

Much much better at SS.

I know I've heard him say in the past, that SS was his favorite position.

I think he needs to be checked for Lyme's disease.

Someone mentioned Nick Esasky earlier. That Vertigo stuff scares me, seems Joey is having some of those same symptoms.

Reach much? I don't know what's causing his dizzy spells. It most certainly isn't Dusty, but he needs to sit until someone figures out why he's having them. What's the point of playing him a few innings then sitting him two days just to do it all over again two days later?

I am his current vertigo is not related to the flu. I am wondering if he suffers from mirgraine headaches or if he has high blood pressure. He needs a thorough health evaluation at this point.

It's not like Votto can predict when these are going to come. He's the last player who'd want to hurt the team...However, if he feels fine before the game, you're saying you want our best hitter to sit on the bench? Now that it's happened twice, yes it needs to be figured out but after the first time not a single person in this world would not play him because of it.

Getting him checked out will be the first order of business when the Team arrives home.

No reach needed. That's exactly what you said. If that's not what you meant, then you need to do a better job of explaining yourself.
