He made 3rd team All SEC as a Guard that year and led the team in assists. http://www.bigbluehistory.net/bb/Statistics/roster1972-73.html By his Senior year Flynn would have probably been classified as a PG but the offense as I remember ran through Jimmy Dan. April 13, 200917 yr YOu know, I was always told that Carrier lit it up in practice, but it never translated to the games. Someone told me that he burned it up on the Barnstorming Tour, as well. He was about 6'4 or 5, right? I always heard that about Chris Harrison, but it never translated to the real games. It seems believable considering his scoring and shooting prowess in high school.

April 13, 200917 yr Randy Embry contributed 3 seasons to the program and had a higher scoring average. Miller should easily pass him, but Miller has given the program one season. So you are telling me that right now you would take Randy Embry as a Senior over Darius Miller.

Grevey and Conner at forwards and Jim Andrews was the center. This was the first year that Joe B. Hall coached, after Rupp was required to step down because of age.....70.
