Agree if he had not been able to do something like this and had to settle for Ford and it not worked out he would have been fired first then the after a new AD next time. I am still a little leery, (after all Izzo was my first choice), .. but I really think this could turn out to be a great hire in the long run.

I've always supported him. He has done a very good job considering the pressure he's been under. In 2002 when he arrived, he probably figured the bb program was in very good shape. He had to work on the other sports, and boy has he ever. Football and Baseball have reached limits I wasn't so sure were reachable, not to mention some of the other sports. And today he hit a grand slam for sure, congrats MB.
