On another topic, what is Lloyd's schedule this year? I read on a couple of other threads that Lloyd is not playing either Beechwood or Ludlow this year. Who replaced those teams on Lloyd's schedule?

I believe that Conner and Cooper will be on the schedule next year. I don't think they are dropping Ludlow.

 

Also that has nothing to do with the Yeagle thing.

Why would they do that? That makes no sense at all. Plus I doubt that the Pee Wee coaches are going to be able to control where a kid goes to high school. There has to be something happening in the program at Lloyd that is causing kids to not play there. Coach Lucas has been there for quite a while and seems to be well respected by all. I don't think the Yeagle half year did anything to hurt the program. Any explanations for why Erlanger kids would not want to play for Lloyd?

So why would Lions coaches advise players not to go to Lloyd?

My son was a Lion a few years ago and we never heard them advise us not to go to LLoyd. In fact they tried to get him to go to Lloyd but he decided to go to Dixie.

That is what I expected to hear. The Lions coaches have always been Erlanger supporters. I just find it hard to believe they would purposely steer kids from Lloyd. Even if they didn't like what was happening at Lloyd, I think they would just stay quiet and let the kids and their parents make their own decisions. If kids are choosing to go to other schools over Lloyd, then there is something else going on there. But I am not close enough to the Lloyd program to know what it is.

Yes that is what is keeping Lloyd from being the team they can and should be!

Some are but not yes but the ones that do it aren't Lloyd alum. Also I know Dunhoft is a big supporter but this IS happening.
