With such a small choice as from who to choose from Coach Lucas may have to change some positions around. Whitey is a DE or Guard, he's way too small to play Center. Drifmeyer has previously played center when Creech couldn't come in. Schneider may not come back which leaves Ben, Disco, Drif or maybe an underclassman to fill the gap. However, with this situation this still leaves the O-line short a player or so.

Yes Creech played center last year. And Drifmeyer played it his sophomore year. I look for Ben Blankenship or Jeremy Ray to play the position. It's a huge pivotol position for the team.
