March 16, 200917 yr One more story that anyone that knows cville will appeciate, especially if you know him well enough to know his wit and humor. Cville told me that when he was leaving the hospital this morning, the attendant/hospital worker that wheeled him to the door started up a conversation, when cville ask the man where he was from, the worker told him "Westwood, I went to school at Fairview h.s.". Cville told him to stop the chair immediatlely, get his hands of from his chair and not wheel him any further! The guy looked puzzled and scared, then cville let out a laugh, told him that he (cville) was from Raceland and was kidding him about the Raceland/Fairview rivalry. Both then got a good laugh out of it. Anyway, like I said....anyone that know cville will appreciate the story, Cville's attiude is a good one and he will be fine. Heck, we have been talking about have an oldrambler/cvillecat wheelchair race over at the football field/track. Maybe we could get Ram and sidelinedoc to officiate, could you guys handle two old 70's model Rams ? . :confused::lol: Do we need a camera for the photo finish or will the naked eye suffice?:lol:

March 17, 200917 yr OR you are correct. Cville has a wonderful outlook on life and with that positive attitude, he will bounce back quickly! If you guys decide to race, be sure to announce it here. Heck, maybe we could charge a small admission and donate it to a local charity!

I don't blame cville, you can't just let anyone push your wheelchair. Line'm up, me and doc can officiate. Hey, I'll take some of that action! Just name the time and place. Maybe we could get everyone together and have a double elimination tournament. :idunno: I personally don't know if either one of us will make it to the finish line so it wouldn't matter. :popcorn::lol:. I recommend a 20 yard race, with a half time for rest in the middle. You guys are getting a little out of shape, and we don't want any problems.

Hey now, lets not get crazy with this. I don't think that I could make it through one race. 3. That (20 yds w/ halftime) is still probably too far. We possibly could go with 4/5min. qtrs. with 3 time outs per half. :popcorn: 4. A little out of shape!! Thank you my friend :thumb:, that is the best report that I have heard in quite a while.:lol:

March 18, 200917 yr Good afternoon to everyone. Yesterday (day after surgery) was a tough one. However, today is startng off to be a great day. I wasn't supposed to walk until tomorrow but decided today was the day to get moving again. I walked without crutches and did fine. I will take it one day at a time and hopefully be back in the mix of things in a short time. Stitches are scheduled to come out next Thursday so that should make things more comfortable. With the support of friends like you guys and the good Lord with me, I'll be chasing Thunder Chickens on opening day.:clap: Thanks once again for all your Prayers. Your friendship is appreciated. March 18, 200917 yr I don't know how I overlooked this one. Cville, I wish you a speedy recovery. I'll bring by a brand spankin' new Cane Creek Lost Poult to help you pass the time. You can kee-kee for the wife when you need something. That would have to be better than ringing a bell. That Cane Creek call is just what the Dr. ordered. I'll gladly accept it and my wife thanks you in advance.:lol: I also have a new John Dearmond Custom box call (numbered and signed) that I would like to give to your young hunting partner. It is a beautiful hand crafted call that looks good on the fireplace mantle or in his turkey vest.

The only problem that cvillecat has in turkey hunting is that with his expert calling he sounds more like a turkey than a turkey:eek:. I'm serious, this man can flat out run a turkey call, any turkey call. Cville, is great to see you feeling better and I had to give you some props there my friend. :thumb:
